These terms govern your use of getnali.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to them. Actual engineering engagements are governed by a separately signed agreement, not these terms.

1. Who we are & acceptance

Nali Consultants LLP (“Nali”, “we”, “us”) is a software engineering practice registered in Singapore, operating this website at getnali.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website only. They do not form or replace any Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or other signed contract governing an actual engineering engagement. Where such an agreement exists and conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

3. Use of the site

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business enquiries. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, or in a way that is fraudulent or harmful.

4. Acceptable use

In addition to the general restriction above, you may not: attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from this website without our written permission; attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this website or any related system without our prior written authorisation; or impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one. We may restrict or block access for any use that breaches this section.

5. Bookings and enquiries

Submitting a contact form, booking request, or job application does not create a contractual relationship. Nali Consultants LLP is under no obligation to respond to any enquiry or to enter into any engagement. A booked discovery call may be cancelled by either party at any time before it takes place, including via the cancellation link included in your confirmation email.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Nali Consultants LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. Nali Consultants LLP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nali Consultants LLP excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
