Nali Consultants LLP is a software engineering practice founded in Singapore in 2004. We design and deliver complex software systems for enterprises, governments, and growth companies across every major industry.

Senior engineers lead
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. We do not hand off to junior teams after the pitch. Every engagement is led by engineers with ten or more years of domain experience.
Understand before building
Discovery is not a formality. We spend weeks inside your domain - reading documentation, running stakeholder sessions, mapping workflows - before writing a line of code. The result is systems that fit the problem.
You own what we build
Every engagement ends with a complete handover: source code, documentation, runbooks, and transfer of knowledge. We build for client independence, not lock-in.

Nali is headquartered in Singapore, with engineering hubs across Asia and Europe. Our delivery model is timezone-distributed - not offshored. Senior engineers in every hub operate with the same standards, the same tooling, and the same accountability.
Singapore is a natural base for work across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Our European and North American work runs from our secondary hubs with dedicated senior leads in-region.
Not a body shop
The engineering outsourcing market is large and mostly undifferentiated. Nali occupies a different position: we are a specialist practice that works on hard problems, brings senior judgment, and delivers outcomes - not headcount.
Our retained engagement model means we are still working with many of our earliest clients. When we say “average client relationship: four-plus years,” that is a consequence of quality, not contract terms.
